Ordering

By placing an order on Zaruva, you agree that the information you provide is accurate. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are calculated and confirmed server-side — no client-side price manipulation is possible.

Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days, ৳60 charge
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days, ৳120 charge
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@zaruva.com with your Order ID.

Limitation of Liability

Zaruva is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
